rc3 doc comments

Some minor points.

- in the --help output, I suggest including the ed home page, and
punctuation. Thus, ending with something like this:
Report bugs to <address@hidden>.
Ed home page: http://www.gnu.org/software/ed/

- Likewise, it is good to mention the mailing list and web page in the
  README.

- also in the --help output, it is traditional to use STRING instead of
  <string>.

- in ed.texinfo, the @contents line should be moved after the
  @end titlepage.

- in ed.texinfo, in the --loose-exit description, I suggest adding a
  sentence like this:
This can be useful when ed is invoked as the editor for crontab.

- in NEWS, the mention of --no-pause should be removed.

- the Makefile.in and small doc files should get copyright notices. The
wording recommended in the GNU maintainer information is:

Copyright (C) 2006 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

Copying and distribution of this file, with or without modification,
are permitted in any medium without royalty provided the copyright
notice and this notice are preserved.

Haven't had much opportunity to actually run the program yet :),
but no problems thus far.
