GNU ed is an 8-bit clean, more or less POSIX-compliant implementation of 
the standard Unix line editor.

Changes in this version:

  * The list command has been fixed to print a backslash before every 
'$' character within the text. (Reported by Ori Avtalion).

  * Minor fixes have been made to the manual.
