While at it, I added all missing ISO 8859 Latin encodings:
ISO-8859-13 (Latin7), ISO-8859-14 (Latin8),
ISO-8859-15 (Latin9) and ISO-8859-16 (Latin9).
The whole bundle can (for now) be found as a tar ball in
http://tapani.tarvainen.info/enscript/
Not very thoroughly tested but seems to work.
Any comments, bug reports &c can be sent to me
or (preferably) to this list.
