Details:

Short story: std.hdr (which existed in /usr/share/enscript on SunOS
OpenWindows in the 1990s) hasn't been found in any enscript release
since the 1990s.  I have a copy of it for re-inclusion (see below)
from my website. Attached are two articles I wrote earlier today in
the Yahoo linux group of which I'm a moderator.
