[bug-enscript] Bug with characters encoding.

Hello!

I'm using Enscript 1.6.5.90 with Debian Wheezy and, i'm from Brazil, so in my idiom we use special characters like: ~ ^ ' ` ç and many others.

So, i wrote a .txt file in portuguese using Sublime Text 2, and i want to convert this text into .pdf and the first part of this convertion is convert .txt->.ps which i did using enscript. I'm using charset=utf-8 and the command i use to make this convertion is:

enscript -o test.ps test.txt

Take a look at these example of the text in portuguese that i pasted from reuters.com to make a test, and look what happens after the conversion.

How can i solve this problem?
