Summary: support EOF as a terminal

Original Submission:  It would be nice to recognize end-of-file as a terminal;
for example it's an obvious way to handle C++-style comments at the end of a
file.

It shouldn't be hard to implement.

Should we recognize it as a token only if requested via an option? I think not,
it's easy to give it an 'ignore' action, and if the user forgets it he/she will
get an exception at the first run of the scanner.

Ocamllex has it, and epsilonlex should have it too.
