I have tried omitted any parameters before my first email.

Without parameter "name" command find returns only content of current working
folder, not subfolders as I expected. And of course in actual folder there
isn`t any sql|SQL files.
I think that is the problem.

I don't have a CYGWIN-on-Win2K machine to test this on so I can't
attempt to reproduce the problem. However, of course find does work
on other platforms.

Does the problem still occur if you specify "-print" rather than
"-print0"? What about if you omit the "-name" option and its
argument? What about if you change "*.sql" to "*.SQL"?
