patch didn't play nicely with prep_child_for_exec() and that there was no 
documentation.

Summary:  -a option to read args from file

Original Submission:  Add the ability to read from a file without redirecting 
stdin. This allows xargs to be used with interactive programs without 
interfering with their access to keyboard input.

Documentation is not included, but it should be self-evident.
