Summary: Ported gnulib to support read_file_system_list()
for Interix

The patch adds support for the Interix POSIX(yeh right) subsystem included on
Windows with Services for UNIX

The patch requires that MOUNTED_FREAD is not defined but MOUNTED_INTERIX is.
Please update the configure scripts to add support so that when x86-interix
is the platform, then this should be the case.

Thanks for your contribution. Firstly, please provide this as a
unified-format diff. The reason for this is that unified-format diffs can
still be applied when the target file has changed a bit (it also contains the
name of the file being patched!).

Secondly, I don't think your new code will link correctly - you have a typo
in a function name. Could you double-check before resubmitting the patch

Lastly, the code I think you are talking about is actually part of the gnulib
project. You might also want to submit your patch to that project too (it is
also on Savannah).

Thanks for your help so far!
