There was never a findutils-4.1.7.4 release. It looks to me like this
error is caused by some interaction between the Cygwin-patched version
of findutils and the Cygwin support code. It could be something to do
with a double expansion of the wildcard, for example.
On the other hand, you could try the latest version of findutils,
which is 4.2.18.
