Follow-up Comment #1, bug #14854 (project findutils):

Duplicate of bug #14619.  use -perm /symmode, not -perm +symmode, since
4.2.25 implements POSIX rules for +symmode which require an exact match. 
"-perm +o+rx" is the same as "-perm +o,+rx", which matches files whose
permission is exactly 0555 (unlike earlier versions of findutils, where it
incorrectly matched files whose permissions included any of 0005).
