Details:


The new option --show-limits to xargs is shown in xargs --help with one "["
too many.  Attached patch removes this, and also removes an excess space. 
This is a trivial, tiny change, in my opinion -- no copyright assignment
needed.

The patch also updates the Dutch translation, to prevent it from going fuzzy
(that is, untranslated) in the next release.
