-atime n
              File was last accessed n*24 hours ago.  When find  figures  out 
              many  24-hour periods ago the file was last accessed, any
              part is ignored, so to match -atime +1, a  file  has  to  have 
              accessed at least two days ago.

According to the way my system handled this command if I type in -atime +1 it
gives the list of all files accessed that occurred greater than or equal to 24
hours ago. Not greater than or equal to 48 hours ago.
