Follow-up Comment #4, bug #55272 (project findutils):
Pushed a slightly different version (see attached patch) here:

$ find/find -name 'hello/world'
find/find: warning: '-name' matches against basenames only, \
but the given pattern contains a directory separator ('/'), \
thus the expression will evaluate to false all the time. \
Did you mean '-wholename'?
