[bug-gawk] GAWK build 4.1.1 fails on VMS

Hi,

Attempts to search for this error:

%COPY-E-OPENIN, error opening PRJ_ROOT:[GAWK.GAWK-4_1_1]CONFIGURE.; as input
-RMS-F-DEV, error in device name or inappropriate device type for operation

VMS version 8.4 (all patches applied), both Itanium and Alpha architecture. The 
PRJ_ROOT logical name is suspicious.

4.1.0 builds fine.
