[bug-gawk] Manual glitch

Hi all,

I read in the manual:

"determining the week number is as specified by ISO 8601. (To wit: if
the week containing January 1 has four or more days in the new year,
then it is week one; otherwise it is week 53 of the previous year and
the next week is week one.)"

This is not completely true. In most cases it is not week 53 but week
52. It's just that it belongs to the *last* week of the previous year.
Yes, ISO weeks can belong to the previous or next year.

Shorter ways to summarize the ISO 8601 week number:
- week 1 is the first week containing 4 or more days of the year
- week 1 is the week containing the first Thursday
- week 1 is the week containing January 4th

ISO weeks start on Monday.

Hope this helps!

Groente, Michel.
