[bug-gawk] Two Small Misprints

When working with the latest version of GNU AWK manual, I've noticed two small 
misprints:

a) 9.1.2 Numeric Functions -> rand() -> in the footnote:

...the period the random number generator, and eliminates...

Probably, a preposition is missed.

b) 12.5 Profiling Your awk Programs -> in the NOTE for the --pretty-print 
option:

...This is is no longer the case...

"is" is doubled.
