Thanking Gawk Developers

Thanks to Arnold, Andy, and Eli for their volunteer work on Gawk.

I appreciate that Gawk is still being developed and improved, that even with 
the improvements the language remains stable so as not to break old programs, 
that in-scope bug reports are addressed promptly and professionally, and that 
Gawk has a superb, readable manual that is both a reference and a tutorial.
