DDD error message: DDD: No source. init.c: No such file or directory

Hi,
I try to open my executable to debug it. But DDD does not show the
code. It only shows an error message window: DDD: No source. init.c:
No such file or directory. I do not know why.
But when I open other executables, DDD works.
What should I do?
This problem seems very common, for I have found many of such kind of
questions in news group. Of course most of them do not get any
answers.
I hope you could spend several minutes to give me answer, if you ever
experienced this kind of thing.
