cannot connect to remote target

i m using a STb7100 based board(mb411) connected via "ST micro connect"
terminal connected to my host machine via ethernet

I am trying to run GNU debugger provided with ST40 tool set (licensed
software by ST microelectronics), but i am not able to connect to my
target (i.e the board)
I used the following GDB commands"
(gdb) mb411 <target IP>
(gdb) connectsh4le <target IP> mb411_setup "jtagpinout=st40 hardreset"

it gave the error, "SDI [ERROR] :: recv failed on handle 0 (shutdown by
peer)"

i also tried "target remote 90.0.10.65:80"
the error generated "90.0.10.65:80: Connection timed out."

Plz help
