[bug-gettext] format-string fix in libcroco-0.64

I was preparing to send patch against gettext-0.181.1.1 (or git tree) format
string warnings when I saw this message

and your answer.

So I looked at libcroco tree, just to see libcroco-0.64 has been released
some days ago with the fix send above. Maybe you already know that.

libgrep warnings still remain.
I could live with the libgrep patch on my tree but doesn't understand why
you didn't want to accept those patches. Patch basically allow correct usage
of error function. It doesn't matter if that is not a security issue in this
context.
