Fix

  Unescaped left brace in regex is deprecated here (and will be fatal in Perl 
5.30), passed through in regex; marked by <-- HERE in m/\@(\w+|"|\~|,|\^){ <-- 
HERE ([^\{\}]+)}/ at ./texi2html line 1813.
  Unescaped left brace in regex is illegal here in regex; marked by <-- HERE in 
m/address@hidden <-- HERE ([^\s\{\}]+)}/ at ./texi2html line 882, <FH001> line
