[bug-gettext] [bug #50408] AppData’s <developer_name> doesn’t get translated

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #50408 (project gettext):

The gettext-provided file is solely for compatibility reasons: it is there not
to break the applications that expect the previous behavior, implementation in
C.

Shouldn't we suggest to install appstream instead?
