Indeed, 'msgunfmt blueprints.mo' reports 'invalid multibyte sequence' many
times. So, this file is invalid.
When I look at this file as a hex dump, I can see that most of the strings
appear to contain UTF-8 encoded Cyrillic characters. BUT a header entry [1][2]
is missing.
The tool which produced this .mo file should have given you an error
message, rather than producing a .mo file without a header entry.
Which tool was this? How did you produce this .mo file?
