Hi Daiki,
Followup to our discussion regarding a new gettext release
<https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gettext/2018-10/msg00044.html>.
All the important items in the bug tracker are fixed.
My plans are as follows:
* Release 0.20-rc1 prerelease today.
* Take time to fix the issues that get reported, then release 0.20.
* Integrate the version-control conflict fixes (you know what I mean),
then release 1.0.
I'm aiming at a release number 1.0, because
- The gettext package is mature for more than 15 years already.
- The version-control change are a bit disruptive for the maintainers.

It's nearly 6 months by now, indeed.
