Well, this is the "only real use" for the gettext tools, but someone
may want to know the plural forms for a language.
With cldr-plurals it's enough to write
cldr-plurals language /path/to/cldr/plurals.xml
Without cldr-plurals, we'd the need to create an empty pot, generate
the .po and extract the value of the Plural-Forms header...
