Details:
With ubiquitous version control, there are many workflows where
PO-Revision-Date and Last-Translator are not useful. Moreover,
PO-Revision-Date creates constant merge conflicts.
Please provide a mode where these fields can be omitted. This would mean
primarily that msgfmt -c doesn't complain if they are missing, and that
xgettext doesn't add them to the POT file. Perhaps there are more places.
