If that requires more than "auroreconf" it means that it is broken.

And ..

*** Subdirectory 'gnulib' does not yet exist. Use './gitsub.sh pull' to create
it, or set the environment variable GNULIB_SRCDIR.

Nevertemess all nelow distrinuted files are broken.
