Patch for libcroco's CVE-2020-12825

Dear gettext maintainers,

The GNOME project has just orphaned libcroco; it hasn't been maintained
for years and we just moved it to our Archived location:

https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/libcroco/

(That is intended to be a read-only copy only for historical purposes.)

There is a patch for the recent CVE-2020-12825 in libcroco; you may
want to apply it to gettext's bundled copy.
