Here is what Bash did in this situation:

    --with-installed-readline
                          use a version of the readline library that is
                          already installed

Here's the current GetText option and text:

  --with-included-libunistring
                          use the libunistring parts included here

I think it would be wise to revise GetText's options. It is too easy
to mistake "included" to mean included in the tarball, and "here" to
mean the package's root directory since that's where configure is
usually run.
