Possible bug using xgettext.

Using xgettext, I get this warning message:
in a line like:
../phplib/db/providers.tpl.php:1299: warning: Although being used in a format string position, the msgid is not a valid PHP format string. Reason: In the directive number 2, the character 'F' is not a valid conversion specifier.

Php sprintf allows you to use %F to format a "float" where the decimal point is always "dot" , independent of locale.

Thank you so much
