[bug #64481] Gtk.builder.new_from_string strings not extracted

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #64481 (group gettext):

Thanks for the reminder about this bug.

It was solved in GIMP, so I'm actually satisfied now. There the usage was
considered unwanted, so the XML was split out to a separate file and it is
called with gtk_builder_new_from_resource which works fine with gettext.

The only remaining usage from my original report was in a GTK example, and I
am not certain that the "translatable" were added intentionally there, so
tried now sending an MR there to see if they can be removed.
