Follow-up Comment #5, bug #66292 (group gettext):

I'm working on that too. But not using the direct execution on Windows, since
that does not work on Linux. But rather using "dotnet exec FOO.exe", since
that works on Linux (and macOS) as well.

What I haven't found out yet is how to make the -L options work in this
setting...
