Follow-up Comment #1, bug #66319 (group gettext):
I'm adding some fprintf(stderr, ...) here and there, and:
1. msginit calls msgdomain_list_print
2. msgdomain_list_print calls relocate (GETTEXTSTYLESDIR), where
GETTEXTSTYLESDIR=/installed/share/gettext/styles
3. in relocate we have:
INSTALLDIR is not #defined
ENABLE_COSTLY_RELOCATABLE is true
orig_prefix is NULL
curr_prefix is NULL
