Can't open Windows GDI printer driver error message

hi,

i am trying to configure my hp laserjet 1000 printer connected to win2000
machine(locally) thru unix machines using lpr port on win2000.

i have installed ghostscript and redmon.

After configuring my ghostscript printer on my win2000 machine,when i try
testing test-page,i get the following error message:
