In general, when a message attachment is removed it is due to the attachment 
blocking policy. The policy may block legitimate file attachments which 
protects ELDEC from several wide spread viruses that can leverage programs to 
execute malicious programming.

An alternative solution is to rename the file attachment to "AnyFile.xyz". In 
this case .XYZ is not included in the blocking policy and therefore it will be 
delivered.
