You can calculate the days between dates, show new items on your Web site, etc. Make sure that you use descriptions for any image map links. A tutorial is also included. All marketing entails risk. The agency gets success, a happy client, and more work down the line.
In other words, they don't want to learn Chinese until they can already speak it.
Don't force reliance on Flash or other plugins.
If you use multimedia, include a text description. But I still have the client, and I gained absolutely invaluable data about marketing on that network.
If launching a change is low-risk, and the potential failure would cause minimal harm, the project owner can bypass much of our QA process. I encourage clients to bet big and lose big.
But note that the judge's ruling is not the final one. Point those ads at the site you just built. Are you saving money?
