GNATS not accessible.

Hello

I'd like to look in the error databasebut for the last couple of months
I get this message:

ERROR: The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL:
http://www-gnats.gnu.org:8080/cgi-bin/info2www?(gnats) 

The following error was encountered: 

      ERROR 312 -- Cannot connect to the server 

This means that: 

The server might be down, or it could be inaccessible because of a 
temporary problem Please try again later. If you receive this message 
frequently, contact your system administrator.
