iconv manpage

I tried to use iconv but realized there is no manpage for iconv. I have
libc-2.3.1 installed from source. Checked the distribution sourcetree and
didn't find any iconv homepage.

I tried info iconv but the same resulted: no info, no info file
within the distribution sourcetree.

You see the dates are the same, the iconv is really from glibc.

Please write a manpage, I would like to use iconv.
