Million).meant for purchase of ammunition, for my country,during the peak of 
disastrous civil war in my country (Sierra-Leone) , to an International Finance 
company in Europe, and I am presently in Senegal into a guest house under 
hiding. Although I am not surpose to contact you through email but it is 
because of the confidential nature of this transaction, please bear with me.
Now the war in my country (Sierra-Leone) is over with the help of ECOMOG 
soldiers,the present government of Sierra -Leone has revoked all of us who 
served under the former regime and now ask countries to expel us, at the same 
time freeze our accounts and confiscate our assets, Now I made my why to 
Senegal under hiding for my life sake, it is on this note that I am contacting 
you, all I needed from you is to furnish me with the following.
