Within the Department of Minerals & Mining where I work, I have in my possession an overdue payment bill which I want to transfer abroad with the assistance and cooperation of a foreign company or individual to receive the said fund on my behalf or a reliable foreign non-governmental company account to receive such fund. More so, I am handicapped in this circumstances, as the Sierra-Leone civil service code does not allow us to operate foreign accounts. This amount represents the balance of the total contract value executed on behalf of my department by a foreign contracting firm, which we the officials over-invoiced deliberately. Though the actual contract cost has been paid to the original contractor, leaving the over invoiced sum as a floating cash which I have disbursed with my colleagues in office. My call is for you to work closely with me in securing my own shear of the fund. Should you be willing to assist in the transaction, you will be rewarded immensely either in percentage cash or by forming a joint venture partnership or both as you may wish. The amount involved and the percentage cash reward will be disclosed once I get your reply showing interest in working with me. Your area of specialization is not a hindrance to the successful execution of this transaction.
