[PATCH] ignore keyword `extern'

From: Hideki IWAMOTO
Subject: [PATCH] ignore keyword `extern'

It seems that there is no reason for handling keyword `extern'.

>cat a.c
extern "C" {
extern void f(void);
void g(void);
}
void f(void){}
void g(void){}

[current cvs version]
>gctags -dtr a.c
g                   3 a.c              void g(void);

[patched version]
>gctags -dtr a.c
f                   2 a.c              extern void f(void);
g                   3 a.c              void g(void);

-----------

  * C.c (C): Ignore keyword `extern'.
  * Cpp.c (Cpp): Likewise.
