Global + Latest Berkeley DB

Hello,

I have updated the version of global I use (4.7.1) to compile with the
latest Berkeley DB and have modified the autoconf scripts to detect
whether or not a version of this DB is available. I have found that this
has eliminated some of the random crashes I would get while indexing a
large quantity of source code. I have also ensured that this compiles
with MinGW on Win32.

I could provide diffs for the latest global to use this. Are you
interested?
