Upgrade to the latest gperf.

New gcc might not be able to treat the source code generated by gperf <= 3.0.2.
Now, we use gperf 3.0.1.

> To build the parser, you need to have the following package installed:

I would like to upgrade it like follows:

>        - GNU gperf 3.0.3       to lookup reserved words.

Any comment?
