Though I think 2pass mode has domination enough, I esteem your judgment.
I understand your idea that a new improvement should work with a small cash.

I think that a fundamental problem is our using Berkeley DB.
Since Berkeley DB doesn't support multi-index, we cannot have a index for
path name. If we can use it, we might improve anchor_load() and incremental()
ealily.

I will investigate new DB which supports multi-index. One candidate is Myisam.
