Problem compiling GMP

Hello,
I have a problem with GMP.

I have :
  Debian Linux 2.2r2
  Kernel 2.4.0
  Glibc 2.2.2


When I compile gmp all seem to be OK, but if I try to use it or I try
to do "make check" I found a problem with Glibc Library.

I attach the log file of the problem with the "make check"
I don't know if this is a GMP problem or a Glibc problem or a
different problem, but I hope you can help me.
