Re:
I now get messages like:
entering directory x
"nothing to be done for 'all'"
leaving directory x
and so on
I now use the correct Make(you see it recursively runs
through all the folders).
I didn't downloaded the entire develop Cygwin
components. Is it necessary for GMP to have all
develop components installed?
The precize error(on the end of the output is):
In file included from mp_bases.c:31:
../gmp-impl.h:39:24: gmp-mparam.h: No such file or
directory
make[2]: *** [mp_bases.lo] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory '/home/gmp/mpn'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/gmp/mpn'
make: ***[alle] Error 2
What can I do about this?
Greetings Ron
P.S. I noticed GMP (on the web) is significantly
faster than another I downloaded.
That's not GNU make I take it. You might get more joy
with that.

The makefile contents you posted have been
word-wrapped beyond
recognition. What are those offending lines?

A DLL build as described in the manual can probably be
used. I don't
think we have any specific notes on Borland at the
moment.
