Gnash trunk now configures and builds with libtool 2.x, so this is
fixed.

Bug description:
Running apt-get source gnash then building the source package with debuild -S 
then the binary packages with pbuilder results in several problems:

1.  debian/watches file needs to be corrected to filter extraneous information 
in the ftp directory listing
2.  libkonq5-dev needs to be used as a build dep instead of libkonq4-dev
3.  libqt3-mt-dev is missing as a build dep
4.  pbuilder chokes because of open bug with libtools 2.2

I have fixed 1-3 in my branch lp:~kaaloo/gnash/gnash.intrepid.

I am writing this bug report so I can link to upstream bug report.
