problem with downloading a file attachment

Hello,

 

I am using gnats 4.0 with gnatsweb.  I would like to have file attachment feature.  Also I have installed MIME base 64 module.

The problem I am facing is that  whenever I submit PR with file attachments only certain types of files like text, C file etc. contents of the file are displayed in the "unformatted" field of PR.  But I am not able to download any type of file attached with the PR.  Further more, in the Edit PR, it is showing "download attachments 0" and size to be always 1K & file name is empty always.  Also it is showing "delete attachment 0" under delete field.

 

I am using outlook express 5.

 

Can anyone guess where I may be wrong?
