TKGNATS

Hi,
I tried to install TKgnats on my windows NT machine. I modified the
tkgnats.ini and the tkgnats.config. When I start up tkgnats with my
shortcut, the main menu pops up. My title for the gnats server is GNATS
BUGS, so the main menu has a GNATS BUGS button. But when I click on the
GNATS BUGS button nothing happens. In my task manager I see the task
wish83.exe start up when I click on my shortcut and every time I click on my
GNATS BUGS button another wish83.exe starts up. 
I am a little unclear about what actually should happen when I hit the GNATS
BUGS button. 
Does anybody know what the problem could be?
